Trailer Floor Screw Feed & Drive Systems

The Deane Systems trailer floor screw driver is designed to drive the industries flat head / pan head self tapping screws. The screws are blow fed to the tools nose body from our trailer floor screw feeder either with a manually triggered lever or with our automatic switch. These drivers are powered with an Atlas Copco brand air motor which is extremely durable and delivers the optimal torque required to drive the fasteners. The nose body has hardened steel inserts which are easily changed out during maintenance operations. All parts within the nose assembly are also electroless nickel plated for longer wear and corrosion resistance.

Deane Systems fastener feeders are made from 304 stainless steel which has excellent corrosion resistance, are easily maintained during standard preventative maintenance and no painting is required. All machined steel components of our feeders are finished in a nickel plated coating for added corrosion and wear resistance. We use Numatics brand cylinders and FRL’s for the air prep package along with Mac valves. Our electrical enclosure houses the Teco brand power supply and PLC for the electrical portion of this unit. If different power and filtration requirements are needed we have access to all brands through our vendor base and will quote them competitively.
