Function

Double acting air cylinder (built in).

Finger blade fastener seperation.

Screw release plate to prevent fastener flip over during drop cycle.

Positive blow back cutoff (rear end of feed tube blocked during blow cycle).

Features

Modular design provides a unitized track, escapement and sub-base assembly which can be mounted in packs with a common supply for air blow.

Each sub-base contains a HI-FLOW poppet valve which is actuated by the escapement, making additional blow valves unnecessary.

Escapements can be actuated individually or all together as required by a 1/8” 4 way valve.

Escapements are keyed to the sub-base and held in place by one hex flange nut, making removal and replacement quick and easy.

Exit sleeve with feed tube attached is held in place by a pushbutton release, providing quick no tools required removal and replacement.

Requirements

The ME-43 requires an air supply of 60 PSIG minimum, clean and dry.
